Performance & Video
On 1 September 2011, seven weeks after the social-justice protest broke out in Israel, Ohad Fishof walked along Tel Avivís Rothschild Boulevard from ten o’clock in the morning till eight o’clock in the evening at a speed of one meter per minute. Many people joined him on various sections of the walk, and some accompanied him through its entirety. It was the second in an ongoing series of slow walk performances, a tribute to the social struggle and a symbolic act of personal commitment to the future.
